We take great pride in hand making delicious sauces and condiments, which are all gluten free and many are dairy free. All are free from artificial additives and preservatives, and have no added sugar.  We use fruit juices for natural sweetness.

We are based in the Derbyshire Dales and source local ingredients and fresh vegetables as much as possible.
